Providing a photo link
If reporting graffiti online, you will have the option to include a link to a photo of the graffiti if you have posted it on any photo-sharing website (e.g. Flickr, Picasa, Photobucket, TwitPic). When you complete the self-service request form, simply provide the URL (web address) of the photo.
