Accessible entrances and ramps
The primary accessible entrance to York Civic Centre is the main entrance, which is fully accessible.
There are fully accessible ramps on both sides of the main entrance.
Wheel-Trans
The Wheel-Trans drop-off and pick-up is via Municipal Drive which is right in front of the main entrance.

There is an elevator beside the information desk to access the second floor or basement of the building.

Business hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, Sunday and statutory/designated holidays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
