Toronto Animal Services provides care for thousands of unwanted, abandoned or lost animals each year. Your donations support programs such as Spay/Neuter, Extended Veterinary Care, Shelter Enhancements or Pet Adoption, Socialization and Enrichment programs. When you donate to Toronto Animal Services, 100% of your donation is used to directly benefit the animals. Your support means so much to animals right in your own community.
You may donate by any of the following methods:
- By phoning 416-338-7387 (PETS) (credit card only)
- By mailing a cheque (along with this card) to: Toronto Animal Services, 35 Spadina Rd., Toronto, ON M5R 2S9
- In person at the following Toronto Animal Services Locations:
CENTRAL: Head Office at 35 Spadina Road (Monday-Friday 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.)
Or at any of our shelter locations (7 days a week 10:30a.m. to 6:30p.m.)
WEST REGION: 146 The East Mall
NORTH REGION: 1300 Sheppard Avenue West
EAST REGION: 821 Progress Avenue
SOUTH REGION: 140 Princes' Blvd. (Exhibition Place)
Tax receipts are issued for donations of $20.00 or more.
Our Animal Care Centres are in need of:
For Dogs:
- dog biscuits, denta bones, raw hides, and other dog treats
- dog toys such as kongs, balls, ropes
- leashes, collars, halti-leads
- dog houses for outdoor runs
- brushes, combs, nail trimmers
- towels
For Cats:
- cat treats, cat nip
- brushes, combs, nail trimmers
- scratching posts and cat toys (ping pong balls are great!)
- small knitted blankets
- cat harnesses
For small animals and exotic animals:
- small animal toys, treats
- bird toys, perches
- brushes, combs, nail trimmers
- special equipment such as heaters and/or lighting for exotic animals
General:
- heating pads, hot water bottles
- Canadian Tire Money
- Electric can openers
