This website provides information related to by-law enforcement activity within the City of Toronto of the Municipal Licensing and Standards Division (ML&S). The details of property standards orders issued against rental apartment buildings within the last two years are posted. The information pertains only to multi-residential buildings containing four or more self-contained dwelling units.

Site Information
The goal is to provide the public with access to information related to by-law violations, their details and status, within common areas and individual units of rental apartment buildings. In addition, this site contains useful information that can help identify the responsibilities of property owners, tenants and Municipal Licensing & Standards officers, where and how to lodge a complaint and how to contact your local ML&S district office.
This site does not contain information about properties that are co-ops, rooming houses, rental condominiums, row housing or 'bachelorettes'.
