An award-winning, freelance photographer, Peter MacCallum is highly regarded for his documentary work. This photographic series was commissioned by City of Toronto Works and Emergency Services to document the dismantling of the Gardiner Expressway east of the Don River, and the reconstruction of Lake Shore Boulevard East, from 1997 to 2001. Series 572.
