For a comfortable, convenient off-site meeting or presentation, consider using facilities in the Archives building.
The boardroom
is a private room for groups of up to 15. A flip chart and a/v equipment (including a live network and internet hookup with screen) can be supplied upon request. |

The 60-seat theatre is also provided with everything you need for larger presentations, including sound, video, and computer projection equipment. |
For receptions for larger groups, the spacious atrium provides plenty of mingling room. Exhibits about our city's history contribute to the uniqueness of the space. A sound system can be provided for speeches or for ambient music. |

The Archives building is fully wheelchair accessible. A kitchen is available for the use of caterers.
Venue information and guidelines.
The City of Toronto Archives is easy to get to by public transit. Exit the University subway line at Dupont Station and walk north.
There is limited free parking. A pay parking lot is available on the south side of MacPherson Avenue, west of Spadina Road.
