I'm impressed at the use of such a building architectural element to boldly punctuate the perpendicular street, solidly enhancing the street's sense of place. I'm also impressed by the urban quality of the materials and public art. This is an extraordinary urban design "slight of hand".

David Oleson
The necessity of an off-street drop-off is transformed into a significant visual bonus, completing the western side of the "urban room" which is Yorkville Avenue. The public art elements in this private development enhance the urban environment.

Donna Hinde
The Prince Arthur Arch is a great addition to the building façade. It goes far beyond the simple programmatic requirements of the building and gives something very special to the neighbourhood. The Arch celebrates the view down Yorkville Street. During the day, the view is terminated by the "granite couch", playful public art. At night, the lit Arch supports the already intense activity of the Yorkville neighbourhood.
