The Bloor Annex Business Improvement Area exists to maintain and promote the business community on Bloor Street (between Madison Avenue and Bathurst Street) as a vital part of the City of Toronto and within a caring neighbourhood. The Bloor Annex BIA formally known as the Bloor-Bathurst-Madison BIA, was established in 1995.
