Yellow Bag Program - Commercial Garbage Collection
Program
Commercial customers eligible for City of Toronto garbage collection place garbage in special yellow bags for pick-up. The bags are available at all Home Hardware stores across Toronto and cost $3.10 each. Businesses can reduce their costs by separating recyclable materials and organics, both of which are collected by the City at no charge to BIA members.
