The BIA is located along Eglinton Avenue West between Bathurst Street and the W.R. Allen Road adjacent to one of the City's most beautiful neighbourhoods - Forest Hill.

The Upper Village BIA, created in 1983, is a vibrant shopping district with lovely street furnishings and flowers. It is easy to reach by car or transit, has ample parking and is a pleasure to browse and shop in with a taste-tempting variety of quality restaurants to suit every budget, high-end shops, galleries and other enticements to delight visitors.
