Introduction of the City of Toronto’s 2009 Operating Budget

Highlights of the City of Toronto’s 2009 Operating Budget were presented to the Budget Committee on Tuesday February 10th, 2009. This is the first stage in a process that includes public hearings and further Budget Committee meetings, followed by Council review of the final budget at its meeting March 31 & April 1, 2009.
