This site provides access to information relating to the status of active building permit applications in the City of Toronto.

You can use the search feature on this site to follow the progress of a permit through the review and/or inspection stage.

The information contained on this site is for active permits (permits that are not closed or cancelled) that are less than five years old.

No personal information, such as owner's name, address or telephone number is included.

If you have tried our various search methods and still can't find what you are looking for, please contact us at the district office in the area where the property is located.
