As of November 2011, Child Care Advisory Committee will transition into four District Child Care Advisory groups - North, South, East and West. This change has been made to provide more opportunity for operators to participate on this advisory committee and to address local issues.
The meeting dates and the city wards represented by each district are listed below.

The four District Child Care Advisory groups represent Toronto's licensed child care centres, home child care agencies and special needs resourcing agencies. Their mandate is to provide advice and support to Toronto Children's Services on child care issues and to serve as a link between child care and the broader community.
