Reminder - November 3, 2011 

Each agency must have at least one active Budget Submitter assigned in the Online Services System at all times.  Only a signing officer of the agency can be assigned into this role.

With the deadline for Wage Grant Funding Reconciliation approaching (January 2012), Application Administrators should go into the Online System to confirm that they currently have at least one Budget Submitter assigned.  Best practice would be to have more than one signing officer assigned as a Budget Submitter in the system at all times.

Only an active Budget Submitter can submit the Wage Grant Funding Reconciliation. Please review your agency roles to ensure you are able to submit on time and avoid delays to your payments due to late submissions.
