Online registration is available for a selection of the courses on offer.

Professional development
The following is a list of upcoming professional development opportunities for staff working in licensed child care and family resource centres. All workshops listed receive funding from the City of Toronto. Please note that space may be limited and priority registration will be given to child care and family resource staff from programs located in Toronto.

  • Online eLearning tutorials
    Self paced audio video tutorials covering the procedures to update Board Members, Signing Officers and general services and to view service offering details.
  • Classroom sessions
    Optional in class training - register online
