There are two rooms available: the Burgundy Room and the Gold room. Both rooms can be rented in full (for meetings and social events) or halved (for meetings only).

Regulations and use of Memorial Hall facility.
Social events:
All groups must arrange for all their own catering, dishes, plus decorations and linens.
They also must include in the time that they are booking for their own set-up and clean-up time. We will set the room up according to the floor plan that they supply us with, but they will have to decorate the hall.
We also supply all tables, chairs and a portable bar for their event.
