Bell Mobility donated $1,000 to CityWatch for that purpose. Simon Dwyer (right) of Bell Mobility joins Councillor Maria Augimeri and Michael Thompson for the presentation after the CityWatch Working Group's selection of the annual winner was announced at the program's annual awards night on February 17.
