The event's guests of honour listen to Councillor Michael Thompson's opening address. From left are Simon Dwyer (Bell Mobility), Blair Peberdy (Toronto Hydro), Mark Dailey (of Citytv and the event's master of ceremonies), the Honourable Monte Kwinter (Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services/MPP for York Centre), and Councillor Maria Augimeri (Mayor's Community Safety Panel). Each of them addressed the audience during the City Hall event, which was presented by the Community Safety Secretariat with support from Corporate Services.
