First on the scene of serious car accident

While on mobile patrol in western Toronto one day in September 2005, corporate security officer Justin Naulls encountered a car accident. His actions to report the accident and provide assistance at the scene demonstrated the same mix of compassion and professionalism that earned him a CityWatch award in another incident earlier in the year.

At the car accident, Justin comforted a badly injured man in one of two vehicles involved in the accident after calling the security control centre for an ambulance. When EMS and Fire personnel arrived, Justin assisted a police officer at the scene by managing traffic and taking witness statements. The police officer later commended Justin in a call to the security office. Supervisor Walter Chan was pleased to nominate Justin for another CityWatch award.
