Yonge Street Traffic Management Study: Sheppard Ave. to Highway 401 - Janaury 2009

In response to development in downtown North York, the City of Toronto Transportation Services is investigating traffic conditions in the Avondale community along Yonge St. between Sheppard Ave. and Lord Seaton Rd. The study will examine traffic control methods to improve conditions for pedestrians and cyclists, and short and long term road conditions.

The first Public Meeting and Open House took place on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, Avondale Public School, 171 Avondale Avenue, 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
