The Personnel Subcommittee is responsible for the in-depth review of human resource issues at the City of Toronto. It deals with personnel issues and practices and specifically shall:

  • consider reports and deputations on policy matters relating to human resource issues;
  • review progress reports on staff downsizing;
  • review progress reports on the implementation of human rights policy, equity goals and workplace wellness, health and safety initiatives, among others; and
  • review and report to the Administration Committee on such human resource policy matters as are referred to it by the Administration Committee.
