During the transitional period following the termination of agreements between the Toronto Centre for the Arts and Livent, the Toronto Centre for the Arts Advisory Committee is overseeing operations and providing a specialized management review of the Centre in place of a Board.

The Advisory Committee is looking for a new governance structure in the longer term as well as exploring other options.
