Cliff Jenkins was elected to the City of Toronto Council for Ward 25 (Don Valley West) in 2003.
As past President of the York Mills Ratepayers Association, Mr. Jenkins was elected on a platform that would respect taxpayers by containing property tax increases within the annual rate of inflation and safeguarding our neighbourhoods from inappropriate development.
Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario Mr. Jenkins has a B.Sc from McMaster University (Mathematics), a M.Sc. from the University of Toronto (Mathematics) and a B.Ed. from the University of Toronto. He had a distinguished career with IBM Canada Ltd, culminating as a Client Executive leading a team of marketing and support professionals.
Cliff has lived in the ward with his family for 24 years.
