Bike Winter
This winter, you can list cycling events and promotions you are organizing in the City of Toronto's Cycling Events Calendar. A corresponding print calendar will also be produced this year, from events registered to the online calendar.

Events
Martin Goodman Snow Clearing
For the first time this year, the City will be doing snow clearing on sections of the Martin Goodman trail for Cyclists. Sections chosen for this pilot project are Windermere Ave to Stadium Rd. and Northern Dancer Blvd to Lower Sherbourne St.
Bike Winter tips
If you are riding through the winter, or want to give it a try, Bike Winter has tips (PDF) for dealing with the snow, keeping warm, and maintaining your bike as you pedal your way into spring.
Coldest Day of the Year Ride
Come out on Toronto's statistically coldest winter day, and join the 'Coldest Day of the Year Ride' on January 30, 2009. Because riding your bike, especially for shorter distances in urban centres, is not only possible but practical here in Toronto.
Bike Art Show
The Bike Winter Art Show will takes place annually in January. Submit photos with a cycling theme from any time of the year, not just winter, for a chance to win prizes.
