  Trail etiquette

Trail etiquette. When riding on multi-use trails, remember to be considerate and respectful of all other trail users (pedestrians, cyclists, and in-line skaters).
  • Let people know you are approaching by ringing your bell or giving a friendly greeting.
  • Only pass when it is safe to do so and the trail is wide enough.
  • To protect the trails, remember to ride only in designated areas, practice low-impact cycling, and don't litter.
  • Also, avoid widening existing trails and don't make new ones.

Trail etiquette.
