Hockey Skills / Power Skate - Adult

Hockey Skills Adult are instructional programs geared towards skaters who are interested in learning basic hockey skills with a focus on puck handling, skating and game strategies.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Learn to Skate - Beginner or able to skate one length of the ice surface.
Mandatory Equipment: CSA approved hockey helmet with full face cage or full visor, a hockey stick, hockey skates, hockey gloves and a neck guard.

Power Skating is a high-energy instructional conditioning program geared toward all type of skaters with a focus on speed, agility and coordination.
Prerequisites: Able to execute cross-overs, backwards stop, one foot turn and backwards circle thrusts (skills from Learn to Skate 4).
Mandatory Equipment: CSA approved hockey helmet and hockey or figure skates.
