2010 – Access, Equity and Human Rights Achievements
City Council approved the corporate status report on Access, Equity and Human Rights (AEHR) implementation and the 2009 AEHR achievements of City Divisions. The report tracks progress using indicators in four broad categories: City as an employer; Leadership, governance and building community capacity; Economic participation and Community programs and service delivery.
2009 – Indicators - Access, Equity and Human Rights Action Plans and Achievements
City Council has approved the first report which uses indicators to measure (PDF) the progress of achieving Council's access, equity and human rights goals. Results are included in Appendix 1 (PDF) and Appendix 2 (PDF) and show that the Toronto continues to make tremendous progress in providing programs and services which address access, equity and human rights issues.

Guide to preparing Access Equity and Human Rights Action Plans
This Work Book addresses the strategic directions that were adopted with the approval of Council's Plan of Action for the Elimination of Racism and Discrimination. Equity Lens
The Roundtable on Access Equity and Human Rights developed an Equity Lens for Council and the Toronto Public Service to use when they prepare reports and review programs and services. This tool will guide staff and Council in removing human rights barriers as they plan, develop and evaluate policies, services and programs. The equity lens will be applied to all strategic policy and program reports.
