There are over 2,000 green condo units in Toronto. These developments have worked with the City's Better Buildings Partnership - New Construction in the design process. Incorporating green design at the start means energy savings of over 25 per cent compared to other condos on the market today. The BBP-NC provides developers with incentives and technical support so they are able to build green.
