The City spends more than $80 million on energy purchases annually. To reduce utility costs and harmful greenhouse gas emissions, the Energy & Waste Management Office (EWMO) has implemented a number of energy efficiency projects in City facilities.
To date, ERP projects are saving the City over $4 million and reducing emissions by over 15,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.
