Working with a professional makes learning the game of golf a lot easier and lets you improve more quickly, both of which add to the fun of playing golf. City courses offer a variety of clinic and lesson options geared to young golfers.

Clinics

A one-time clinic is a great way to get into the swing of things, and a clinic series helps you to build up skills.

Our courses offer free one-time junior clinics, as well as a selection of paid clinic series throughout the season. Clinics are offered by City of Toronto’s golf partner, Golf Plus Marketing. Contact individual courses for more information.

Lessons

City golf courses offer private and semi-private lessons for junior players. Lessons are provided by PGA of Canada Professionals and can be tailored to any skill level from beginner to expert.

Toronto golf courses have a lot to offer to juniors looking to play in competitive events. Juniors have a long history of strong participation in our annual Club and City Championship tournaments.

Club and City Championships – Juniors

Each of our five courses hosts an annual Club Championship tournament with a Juniors Division. Qualifying golfers from each Division go on to challenge players from each of the five courses at the City Championship.
