Kary Construction Ltd.
City Council adopted the staff report of February 17, 2006 from the Manager, Fair Wage Office recommending disqualification of Kary Construction Ltd. from City contracts for failure to comply with the City's Fair Wage Policy. Disqualification provisions require all non-compliance activity and disqualification statistics will be reported to Council annually.
The disqualification period for Kary Construction Ltd. begins as of May 23, 2006 and ends on May 23, 2008, two (2) years inclusive. After the disqualification period is over, Kary Construction will be placed on probation for the next contract year.

Ltd. from City contracts for failure to comply with the City's Fair Wage Policy. Disqualification provisions require all non-compliance activity and disqualification statistics will be reported to Council annually.
The disqualification period for Dram Electric Co. Ltd. begins as of May 1, 2005 and ends on May 1, 2007, two (2) years inclusive. After the disqualification period is over, Dram Electric Co. Ltd. will be placed on probation for the next contract year.
