Answer Toronto Public Health's central intake line (Toronto Health Connection) at 416-338-7600 will provide health information, telephone counselling and take referrals for further follow-up contacts by phone or home visits. Service areas include: preconception, prenatal, breastfeeding, mental health, violence prevention, homelessness, frail elderly, injury prevention, substance abuse, tobacco, sexual health, heart health, cancer, physical activity and nutrition.
