Toronto Fire Services’ Administration recognizes the outstanding work of the men and women of TFS to provide public safety to the citizens who live and work in Toronto. With this great responsibility, there are occasions as public servants that the quality or manner in which we provide the service comes into question. While these are limited occasions, it is important as part of our accountability that we respond to the public to clarify and address their concerns.
