Firefighter
Exchange Program
Firefighters, currently employed in full-time positions with International
Fire Departments, who wish to apply to a one-year exchange at Toronto Fire

The Probationary
Firefighter position is the entry level Firefighter position
and is accessed through the Recruitment Process only. Applicants
to the Firefighter Exchange Program must be currently employed
in firefighting.
The Firefighter
Exchange Program is jointly supported by Toronto Fire
Services and the Professional
Association of Fire Fighters' Local 3888, International
Association of Fire Fighters.
