Unsolicited Products Policy
Each year Fleet Services receives dozens of unsolicited product proposals. While Fleet Services appreciates all the proposals received, we cannot product test all of them as that is not our core business or expertise. Vendors are required to follow the following steps:

1. Contact the Toronto Office of Partnerships for an initial screening.



2. Since 2004, Fleet Services and other municipalities have referred new products to the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) to conduct independent, third-party testing that products can meet the manufacturer's claims. This step is not mandatory.
