Commercial - Premium organics
A base level service of weekly collection of organics is provided at no charge.
As a large restaurant or food retailer you may require more than the basic once a week service. You may request two, five or six collections per week. This service can be purchased for a fee, as per the table below. Five collections per week provides Monday to Friday inclusive service. Six collections per week provides Monday to Saturday inclusive service. The fee schedule is as follows:

* All fees must be prepaid. Minimum subscription is one quarter (three months). Two week's notice is required for cancellation of service.
An application form must be completed for premium organics.
