City Council at their Special Meeting held on February 23, 2011 adopted EX 3.2 "Rate Supported Budgets- Toronto Water and Solid Waste Management"
As part of adopting EX 3.2, fees and charges for the volume-based solid waste rate for multi-residential customers receiving bulk collection services have been revised.
