Graffiti Management Plan
The City of Toronto wants to eliminate graffiti from city buildings and infrastructure as well as private property. By doing so, the City will be cleaner and more vibrant and it will make Toronto a more attractive place for everyone.

The City's new, proactive Graffiti Management Plan balances the need to eliminate graffiti vandalism that has a detrimental impact on property owners,
neighbourhoods and City image, while supporting graffiti art and other street art that adds vibrancy and artistic delight to our streets.
