Identify 'N Impact - Panel Identify 'N Impact Investment Fund

The deadline for accepting 2011 INI Panel Member applications has passed.

Tell the City how to spend $$$ TO MAKE CHANGE in Priority Neighbourhoods for Investment!

The City of Toronto is looking for youth (ages 14-24) to participate in a youth panel that will recommend eligible youth-led projects for City funding.

The IDENTIFY 'N IMPACT INVESTMENT FUND provides money to eligible youth groups to help YOUTH living in PRIORITY NEIGHBOURHOODS turn their ideas in ACTION.

We need YOUR HELP to decide which youth ideas to invest in.

DO YOU...?

  • ...have an interest in making real change in your community?
  • ...feel excluded from formal decision making processes?
  • ...have experience with youth programs?
  • ...live in one of these PRIORITY NEIGHBOURHOODS (Malvern, Crescent Town, Steeles-L'Amoreaux, Weston Mount-Dennis, Dorset Park, Scarborough Village, Kingston/Galloway, or Westminster Branson)?

THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • help develop selection criteria for the INI program
  • receive training on the city's grant processes
  • share your knowledge on effective youth engagement strategies and activities
  • review project requests
  • work with other youth to recommend funding for youth development projects

As a youth panel member, you will be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses associated with your participation on the INI Panel.

Read about the panel members.
