On February 11, nearly $7 million from the FCM's Green Municipal Fund was announced for 15 green initiatives in Toronto.
The City of Toronto invested the $6,957,500 in funding toward plans, studies and capital projects, ranging from environmental site assessments of brownfield properties to the construction of a LEED®-certified conference centre at Exhibition Place.
