Toronto's first-ever Live Green Toronto Festival was a great success! With more than 300 students and teachers in attendance and hundreds of other attendees, there was a lot of learning going on. All that new-found knowledge is sure to lead to major reductions in our energy and water consumption, improved air and water quality, and many other benefits to the greening of our city! As event host and "The Voice of Toronto", Mark Dailey put it, "The Live Green Toronto Festival may be just a few short hours but its effects on our lifestyle are sure to be felt long afterwards."

Thanks to everyone who came out on September 29, 2006 to celebrate our great, green city!
