This park site is owned by the City of Toronto and is currently under lease with the Toronto City Centre Airport (TCCA) for surface parking use.
Immediately adjacent to this park parcel, Little Norway Park provides local residents with local park space, playgrounds and recreational facilities. Any development of this park parcel will need be integrated with Little Norway Park, and also consider the provision of additional much-needed local park amenities.
This site also provides key links to the National and Alexandra Yacht Clubs to the west, Stadium Road, as well as links to the eastern portion of Bathurst Quay.
