The approximate size of the park parcel is 3,229 square metres (0.8 acre).

This site has the potential of providing a strong connection between Little Norway Park and Bathurst Quay to the east, and the water's edge along the Western Gap and around the National and Alexandra Yacht Clubs to the west. The Water's Edge Promenade along the Western Gap affords great lake views east to the Inner Harbour and west to Lake Ontario.
