Toronto Public Health offers a number of free services to help you breastfeed.
Telephone Counselling
A Public Health Nurses can provide you with information about making an informed decision about breastfeeding and answer your questions and concerns.
Home visiting
If you are experiencing difficulty with breastfeeding you can receive a home visit from a Public Health Nurse.
Breastfeeding clinics
Breastfeeding support is also available at the following breastfeeding clinics. Information about clinic days, times, and locations are available on their websites.
