Each year Toronto Public Health offers free hepatitis B and meningococcal vaccines to grade 7 students through immunization clinics in schools. These vaccines help protect students and our community from infections which can cause serious disease. Find an immunization clinic at your child's school or in the community.

Consent Forms
A parent or guardian must sign a consent form to have their daughter vaccinated. The form should be returned promptly to the child’s school before the date of the vaccination clinic.
