H1N1 flu virus

If you are well:

  1. Protect yourself by getting the H1N1 vaccination. Check if it is available from your doctor or community health clinic. You may also attend a Toronto Public Health vaccination clinic.

If you are feeling ill:

  1. Stay away from work, school and public places.
  2. Learn about the symptoms of the flu, when to seek medical help, and how to take care of yourself.
