About TPH's CDC Program |
| |
Welcome to Toronto Public Health's Communicable Disease Control website. Our goal is to prevent and control the spread of communicable diseases in our city. We do this by providing immunizations, health education and counselling, clinical services and responding to reports of communicable diseases and outbreaks in our community and our institutions.
We work closely with health care providers and other community partners to develop and implement effective infection prevention and control plans to keep everyone healthy.
