* * Protect yourself from the seasonal flu

The seasonal flu shot is available at doctors' offices, community health centres and walk-in medical clinics. Some employers also provide vaccination clinics in the workplace.

The vaccine is free and available to people six months of age and older who live, work or attend school in Ontario.

The seasonal flu shot will not protect you against the H1N1 flu virus. Talk to your health care provider about flu vaccinations and what's best for you and your family.
