Kids are curious, active and imaginative. As children grow, they change and learn new things. What is safe for them one day may not be safe the next. |
Parent and caregivers can stay a step ahead of injuries:
- Know what children will do next
- Create safer places for children
- Watch children closely
- Create and follow family safety rules
The "Growing Up Safely" booklet (PDF file size 5.1MB) was developed by Toronto Public Health in collaboration with the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre.
