Make a Splash!
"Make a Splash!" is a health promotion campaign designed to remind older adults, 55 plus, to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine in order to help prevent injury from falls.

Older adults can keep independent and learn how to:
  • Be active - it's never too late to start moving
  • Use medication wisely
  • Do a home safety check
  • Eat well
Every 10 minutes in Ontario at least one older adult visits an emergency department due to a fall.
